Anyway the lesson here is this is what happens when you hang out with people that have kids. You learn too much about baby videos.

anyway, there's this part where a guy pulls a switchblade on him and tries to rob him and he's like "that's not a knife. this is a knife" and he pulls out a huge like footlong hunting knife lol.

How are Australians real? Everything I hear about from out of that whole continent is just absolutely wild, including weird fruit salad songs.

Yeah? Me, too. Lucky for me we didn't have a TV for all those baby videos growing up.

i mostly hear about how much shit can kill you out there. seems like every dangerous animal ever was put on one continent. snakes and spiders and shit, y'know?

when i was a kid we still played outside. it wasn't like it is now. everyone glued to their phones and TVs. might be nice to get back to it being like that.

There's also birds that'll divebomb you seasonally. Definitely not on my list of places to go visit.

Sounds nice. I had three brothers, so we ended up wandering around the woods a lot when the season was good. Though there was a lot of my little brother getting into poison oak, so there's pros and cons. Ma probably would've preferred if he'd stayed inside if only to save money on calamine.

yeah. magpies right? i think i saw some show about them once.

i grew up in ABQ so we don't really have woods but like i just rode around the neighborhood. grew up riding skateboards and BMX bikes til i was old enough to get a streetbike.

Yeah! Somebody showed me a video of someone getting hit just out riding their bike.

Bikes we had. Not BMX or anything, don't even think they had gears. But that was mostly for going into town for stuff, until my oldest brother got a car.

Oh, yeah. He was still the good one. Liked drawing plants, worked at one of those garden nurseries for a while, too. I was the one getting talking tos at the kitchen table for running around all night.
