That is, actually, how I have seen a theatre show before in a playhouse. It wasn't an opera, though. Didn't get to watch much of it, just overheard parts.

[OOC: LOL, that is fair and I can see it. Sometimes you just want to watch what happens. Unrelated, but I started a new data fellowship this week, hence the slowness. But, I get to nerd out with numbers so that's always fun. Hope your start to the week is okay with all the conventions!]

I cannot say I won't be scanning the audience for potential marks on the way out. I know more than one mercher has season passes to the opera.

Those boxes are more for being seen than watching the show anyway, aren't they? If you have to use binoculars to view the stage, I'd think there would be other reasons for wanting those seats. Namely, to say you have them.

That's fair, I hadn't considered the acoustics being better in the boxes. Just that you always see pictures of people with binoculars in them.
